Will I know in advance which bike is available?
Yes, we guarantee the Scooter or Scrambler model (with gears), but for availability reasons it is important to confirm reservations in advance.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
RENTAL CONTRACT Motorcycles and Bikes
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR MOTORBIKE AND BICYCLE RENTAL
ARTICLE 1. USE OF THE MOTORBIKE/BICYCLE
1.1. The Renter agrees to use the motorbike/bicycle responsibly, respecting traffic laws and the manufacturer's specifications.
1.2. The Renter agrees not to use the motorbike/bicycle in the following cases:

Paid transport of passengers.

Towing other vehicles or objects.

Participation in races or endurance tests.
-
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other harmful substances.
-
Transport of illegal or dangerous goods.
-
Transport of more passengers or cargo than authorized.
-
Transport of live animals (except pets with authorization).
1.3. Only persons identified in the contract, over 18 years old and with a valid driving license, are authorized to drive the motorbike. The Renter must present their driving license when signing the contract.
1.4. The Renter agrees to keep the motorbike/bicycle locked and secure when not in use, and to retain its documentation.
1.5. The Renter may not transfer, sublease, sell, or pledge the motorbike/bicycle or any of its components.
1.6. In case of breakdown or anomaly, the Renter must stop using the motorbike/bicycle and immediately contact the Lessor or authorized roadside assistance.
1.7. The use of the motorbike outside urban areas or on highways is prohibited unless additional insurance is purchased.
1.8. The transport of the motorbike/bicycle by boat, train, truck, or airplane is prohibited without written authorization from the Lessor.
1.9. The Renter will be held responsible for damages caused by breaching these conditions.
ARTICLE 2. CONDITION OF THE MOTORBIKE/BICYCLE
2.1. The Lessor provides the motorbike/bicycle in good condition, with tires in optimal shape.
2.2. The Renter is responsible for replacing any damaged or lost tires.
2.3. It is forbidden to modify the technical specifications or appearance of the motorbike/bicycle without authorization.
ARTICLE 3. PRICE, DURATION, AND EXTENSION
3.1. The rental price is specified in the contract, according to the current rate.
3.2. The price includes compulsory liability insurance. Additional insurance must be contracted separately.
3.3. Rental is billed in 24-hour periods. A 59-minute grace period is allowed. Late returns incur additional charges.
3.4. Rental extensions are subject to the current rate.
3.5. The deposit may not be used to extend the rental.
3.6. The motorbike/bicycle must be returned at the agreed location and time. Returns elsewhere will incur additional fees.
3.7. The rental ends when the motorbike/bicycle and keys are returned during office hours.
ARTICLE 4. PAYMENTS
4.1. The Renter shall pay:

Rental price, insurance, equipment, and additional services.

The deductible or maximum liability in the event of an accident.
-
Compensation for immobilization of the motorbike/bicycle due to their fault.
-
Costs from using inappropriate fuel.
-
Fines and penalties for traffic violations.
-
Recovery costs if the vehicle is impounded.
-
Damages to third parties or to the Lessor.
4.2. Payments can be made by credit card or in cash. A 3% handling fee applies to foreign currency payments.
4.3. The Lessor may deduct unpaid amounts from the deposit or take legal action to recover them.
ARTICLE 5. MOTORBIKE/BICYCLE INSURANCE
5.1. The rental includes compulsory liability insurance, but not theft, loss, or damage coverage for the motorbike/bicycle.
5.2. Coverage is subject to the terms of the insurance policy.
5.3. Additional insurance must be contracted and paid for separately.
5.4. A deductible or maximum liability is set for the Renter.
5.5. The Renter adheres to the insurance policy by signing the contract.
5.6. The compulsory liability insurance has legal coverage limits. The deductible for other risks is €500.
5.7. The deductible does not apply if the Renter fails to submit an accident report or police report within 48 hours.
5.8. The deductible also does not apply if the Renter breaches Article 1.
5.9. In the above cases, the Renter is fully responsible for damages.
5.10. The Lessor may withdraw the motorbike/bicycle and terminate the contract in case of accident or breach.
ARTICLE 6. UNINSURED RISKS
6.1. The rental does not include additional insurance such as personal accident coverage for the driver.
6.2. These must be contracted separately by the Renter.
6.3. The Renter assumes full responsibility for uninsured risks.
6.4. The Lessor may withdraw the motorbike/bicycle and terminate the contract in case of accident or breach.
ARTICLE 7. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
7.1. The Renter must take the motorbike/bicycle for inspection every 500 km. Failure to do so incurs a €100 penalty.
7.2. The Lessor covers normal wear and tear. In case of breakdown, the Renter must contact the Lessor or authorized roadside assistance.
7.3. The Renter must check and refill engine fluids every 1000 km.
7.4. The Lessor deducts the cost of fluids from the final rental price.
7.5. The Renter may not authorize repairs without the Lessor’s consent.
7.6. For rentals longer than one month, the Renter must bring the vehicle in for inspection every 30 days.
ARTICLE 8. FUEL
8.1. Fuel is the Renter’s responsibility.
8.2. The Renter must use appropriate fuel and is liable for damages caused by improper use.
8.3. The Renter must return the motorbike/bicycle with the same fuel level. A refueling fee will apply otherwise.
ARTICLE 9. DEPOSIT
The Renter must pay a €200 deposit to cover potential damages. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental if no costs are due.
ARTICLE 10. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The Lessor may charge additional amounts from the deposit or the Renter’s credit card.
ARTICLE 11. FINES/VIOLATIONS MANAGEMENT
The Renter is responsible for traffic fines and violations. A €30 administrative fee applies for processing.
ARTICLE 12. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: refund minus 10%.

Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: voucher valid for one year.

No-show: no refund.
ARTICLE 13. CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS
Modifications to the contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
ARTICLE 14. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Renter authorizes the processing of their personal data for service provision and marketing purposes. They have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data.
ARTICLE 15. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The contract is governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the city where the contract was signed.
ARTICLE 16. DAMAGE ASSESSMENT ANNEX
A price table is provided for damages to the motorbike/bicycle, categorized into five levels.

Is payment necessary to confirm the reservation?
Yes, a down payment of 20% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. Mainly in high season we cannot guarantee availability without the down payment. Subsequently, at the time of pick-up, the remaining amount (80% of the total) will be paid in cash or by credit card.
What forms of payment are available?
For the initial payment (booking confirmation) 20% by bank transfer or bizum. For the remaining amount at the time of delivery, 80% due: Upon arrival, can only be in cash or by card.
Deposit - Deposit
On arrival, a deposit of 200€ must be left in cash and will be returned on handover of the vehicle. It can be paid in cash or by credit card.
